Sweet, adorable, little Brice is six months old! His mama, Amanda, asked me to capture this precious stage in his life. It was perfect timing because he was sitting up but not quite crawling, so he couldn’t run away from my camera!
But from the looks of how he was trying he’ll be crawling soon, if not already.
This is actually the third time I’ve taken Brice’s pictures. (Click here and here to see the first two sessions.) He was so interested in everything that was going on outside. He’d hear cars passing by the house, birds chirping in the trees, his dad weedeating, and he would open his eyes real big and crane his neck around to try to see what was making the noises he heard. But he was so happy the whole time and I love the expressions he gave.
These are just a few of my favorites…look at this perfection! Perfect eyes, nose, mouth, skin, everything!
Every little boy needs some overalls…
I bought this antique dishpan over a year ago and decided to take it along for some fun shots and they turned out to be some of my favorites ever. He loved splashing in it!
And then he would give an expression like this, haha!
His eyes are so gorgeously blue that I hated to convert them to black and white, but this one I think is cute both ways so I’m sharing both. The black and white looks kind of vintage which I like.
And just look at these darling expressions!
Amanda had a toy basket that we plopped him in… he was such a good sport.
And I’ll finish with this one…it makes me smile because his mouth and legs are forming the same shape.
